Carl Scott has lived in Ucluelet since 1980. He chose Real Estate as his profession using the skills & experience he developed from a long management career in the fishing industry.

He is an owner of RE/MAX Mid-Island Realty’s three island locations.

His community activities have included active participation on the Board of Directors of the Seaview Seniors Housing Society and as a board member of the West Coast Sustainability Association.  His fish processing activity gave him the opportunity to sit on the Fisheries & Oceans Hake Subcomittee and be active with the Hake Onshore Coalition, all advocacy positions, working towards sustainable fisheries on the West Coast.

Recreation includes the avid pursuit of alpine skiing on Vancouver Island and elsewhere in B.C. as well as canoeing and fly-fishing.

The West Coast of Vancouver Island is a delight with the best sunsets one can find.
